Record attendance at VOC conference. Breakthrough NPD president Alan Chachich was an organizer for this year's PDMA Voice of the Customer conference. He also moderated sessions on "The Impact of VOC" and "VOC Success Stories. It was the only conference internationally on Voice of the Customer methods this year and broke previous attendance records. Some dramatic keynote presentations drove home the importance of this work in ways that will be remembered for a while.
